1. Introduction

At MVHR Self Build Superstore, we want to ensure we supply you exactly what you need for your MVHR system installation. Because we work directly with specialized suppliers to bring you the best technical equipment without the overhead of a warehouse, our returns process follows specific industry guidelines which are inline with our suppliers returns policies.

2. The "Change of Mind" Return

If you decide you no longer need an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return it.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition. If a unit has been unboxed or partially installed, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

• Restocking Fee: Please note that all "change of mind" returns incur a 25% restocking fee. This is a direct charge from our suppliers to cover the inspection, testing, and repackaging of technical ventilation equipment.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the specific supplier address provided by our team. We highly recommend using a tracked, insured service.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is technically faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

• Photos of the damage (including the packaging) are required to help us process the claim with the courier.

4. How to Start a Return

Do not send items back to our registered office address.

1. Email us at Sales@darkblue-panther-684849.hostingersite.com with your order number and details on the items you wish to return.

2. We will provide you with the correct supplier details for the product you wish to return and the specific return address for that product.

3. Once the supplier receives and inspects the item, we will issue your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee) within 5-7 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-cut ducting or bespoke manifolds.

• Items that have been installed or modified.

• Filters that have been removed from their hygienic sealing.
